Do you bake the cookies fresh to order?
Yes, all the items ordered online are baked fresh to order, on the same day that your order is being packaged and shipped.
How do I reheat my cookies?
Enjoy them straight out of the package, or for the ultimate ooey-gooey experience, warm them in a 350°F oven for 2–4 minutes until perfectly melty and soft. Air fryer and toaster oven also work really well. We really don’t recommend microwaving!
How do I store my cookies?
If you can resist the temptation of eating them all :) they can be stored in airtight containers up to 7 days at room temperature. Do not store them in the refrigerator. It freezes really well, individually wrapped. To reheat from frozen preheat the oven to 350°F and bake for 5-8 minutes or until heated through.
